Craig Robertson commenced as CEO of TAFE Directors Australia in April 2017. The organisation promotes nationally and internationally the critical role that TAFEs play in tertiary education in Australia. In this role, he is also the Chair of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics which is a global network of associations and institutions committed to high-quality professional and technical education and training.
Dr Benjamin Tak-Yuen Chan
Dean of the Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education @Hong Kong Metropolitan University
Benjamin has worked in the higher and postsecondary education sectors in Hong Kong for 28 years in both academic and administrative roles and has a rich experience of leading vocational institutions and managing change in such settings. He has initiated extensive reforms to programme delivery under a unifying educational philosophy called "Total Learning Experience".

Artem is a member of the Russia Primorksy Region's expert group of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the direction of "Entrepreneurship and Technologies“. He is also a member of the attestation commission of the Russia Primorksy Region's Voluntary Attestation of Guides, Translators and Tour Guides.

The core tasks of the centre include professional development, regional consultancy, research and development, and information dissemination. The open learning centre is contributing to SEAMEO Member Countries finding alternative solutions to enhance skill development through ODL.
